Summer is Looking good for Jersey Shore Home Owners

I was fortunate to be able to spend sometime talking to some Sea Isle City Home Owners.  The general thought was that this was going to be a strong summer at the Jersey Shore.  Local property managers I have spoke with have confirmed that it looks like a strong year for tourism at the Jersey Shore.  This recent poll seems to confirm my thoughts.  It seems as if less people will be taking a vacation but those people that are taking a vacation will be taking it at the Jersey Shore.

Strong summer rents can help to offset the cost of owning a home at the Jersey Shore.  For more information on available homes, search the Cape May MLS.
