From the 1st of the year until the 24th of June we have seen 76 homes in Sea Isle city, sold. The previous SIC report only listed single-family homes and not condos and townhomes. It also included Strathmere. This report covers just sold homes, single-family, condos, and townhomes, in Sea Isle City.
The majority of homes in Sea Isle City are either townhomes or condos and as you can imagine they made up the bulk of all sales with 71. The other 5 homes were single family residences. The range of sold prices were from $220,000 to $1,550,000. Early in the year we were selling a large difference between asking and sold price, now that difference has definitely closed as many Sea Isle homes have fell in price over the last year.
