Since the beginning of the year 8 homes have sold in Sea Isle City, not including Strathmere or Townsends Inlet.  The prices have ranged from $277,000 to a high of $1,550,000.  If you are looking to buy a home in Sea Isle City, the opportunity has never been better.  Interest rates remain low and prices have fallen well off their peaks.  It is a great time to start looking for a vacation home in Sea Isle City.
